What is the Fuel Consumption Complement?

This complement lets SAT-authorized civil organizations and trusts include the mandatory data to receive tax-deductible donations in Mexico.

This complement adds the following to a CFDI:

• The ruling (oficio) number notifying the organization or trust of its authorization to receive tax-deductible donations.
• The date of that ruling (oficio) granting the authorization.
• An explicit statement indicating the CFDI was issued as a donation.
