What is the Partial Construction Services Complement?

This complement is used by providers of partial construction services for properties intended as residential housing, in accordance with the "Decree granting housing support measures and other tax measures" published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 26, 2015 (sections a) and b), of section II, of Article 2 of said Decree).

This complement allows incorporating the following data into an invoice:

• Permit, license, or construction authorization number provided by the provider of partial construction services.
• Information about the property where partial construction services are provided.
