What is the Digital Tax Stamp Complement?

The TFD complement adds regulated, authority-required information and protects it with a digital seal inside the CFDI e-invoice.

Once the document is stamped (timbrado) by an authorized certification provider (PAC), the complement confirms the validity and certification of the CFDI before the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT).

The digital tax stamp guarantees:

• Authenticity of the invoice through SAT's cryptographic seal
• Integrity of all invoice data and transaction details
