If you are a manufacturer, assembler, or authorized distributor of new automobiles, or import automobiles to remain permanently in the northern border zone of the country and in the states of Baja California, Baja California Sur, and the partial region of the state of Sonora, this complement allows you to incorporate into the invoice the vehicle key that corresponds to the sales version and the vehicle identification number (VIN) that corresponds to the automobile sold.
