Withholding Docs R2000 Software for Mexico

Withholding Docs R2000 is a comprehensive solution designed for all individuals and corporations in Mexico that in conducting economic activities are required to issue a tax receipt for withholdings or to record information in accordance with SAT tax provisions.

This specialized software allows issuing Digital Tax Receipts (CFDI) for withholdings and payments, a type of tax document different from traditional electronic invoices. The withholding receipt contains detailed information about withholdings and payments made by taxpayers, integrated by a set of general data to which the corresponding supplement must be added for each particular case.

Annual Cloud Subscription with 24/7 Access

Withholding Docs R2000 EdiFactMx consists of a single annual subscription per Tax ID (RFC) that provides access to a specialized cloud-based web portal. This modality guarantees immediate availability from anywhere and any device with internet connection, without the need for complex local installations.

The system includes secure storage and permanent backup of information in the cloud, allowing consultation, download and resending of generated XML and PDF files at any time. Access can be made from office computers, mobile devices or tablets, maintaining the same user experience and security level.

Thanks to its cloud implementation, the R2000 system stays automatically updated, always aligned with the most recent SAT tax provisions without manual maintenance or additional costs for new versions.
