Web Service for Bill of Lading Complement

We're ready for the Bill of Lading complement! This is a solution designed for implementation through Web Service consumption that enables developers and software companies to integrate automatic issuance of the Bill of Lading CFDI Complement directly from their custom systems, proprietary ERP platforms, or custom-developed applications.

As an authorized PAC, EdiFactMx ensures that all CFDIs generated through our Web Service strictly comply with technical and fiscal specifications established by tax authorities. This integration modality is specifically designed for organizations that require complete automation of the Bill of Lading stamping process without depending on manual interfaces or web portals.

Bill of Lading CFDI Complement

This is a complement that is incorporated into the Electronic Invoice (CFDI) for transfer or income type, specifically designed to detail and structure the goods or merchandise being transported, precise origin locations of the transfer, intermediate route points when they exist, final cargo destination, as well as all technical information regarding the means through which goods are transported within the national territory.

This complement is mandatory for taxpayers who perform transportation of goods and merchandise in the national territory, whether they are merchandise owners who perform transfers with their own means, intermediaries who coordinate transportation operations, or transport agents who manage vehicle fleets, through any of the following communication routes:

- Ground transportation: Includes transfer by federal highways using cargo vehicles, as well as transportation by rail lines in the national railway system.
- Air transportation: Contemplates movement of merchandise using cargo aircraft operating within national airspace.
- Maritime or river transportation: Covers transfer of goods by coastal, oceanic maritime routes or through navigable rivers and canals.
- Rail transportation: Comprises cargo movement using freight trains circulating through the concessioned railway network.

Its use will be mandatory, establishing that all taxpayers who perform merchandise transportation operations on federally jurisdictional routes must issue the corresponding CFDI with the properly integrated Bill of Lading Complement.

Web Service Features for Developers

Our Bill of Lading Web Service operates through an annual subscription that provides complete access to the integration service. This option is especially available for those currently consuming this modality with EdiFactMx, as well as for new developers and companies wishing to begin their integration process through web service consumption.

The service activity corresponds to an annual subscription that guarantees continuous Web Service availability throughout the contracted period. This allows organizations to plan their integrations with the certainty of having a stable and reliable service for their freight invoicing operations.

Mandatory certification: To certify the CFDI with the Bill of Lading complement and begin issuing fiscal documents in the production environment, you must go through the test environment for its release. This certification process ensures that the developed integration complies with all technical and fiscal validations required, minimizing the possibility of rejections in the production environment.

This service is available for developers or companies that need to integrate the CFDI issuance process with the Bill of Lading complement into their own information systems. Whether they have an internal development team or contract external integration services, our Web Service provides the necessary infrastructure to completely automate the generation of freight fiscal documents from any technology platform.
